TRAILS END DANCE
Lawrence began dancing in 1978 as a high school freshman, because it was something he and his parents could do together as a family.
He’s been dancing ever since, and has received an enormous amount of enjoyment from the activity.
In fact, if it weren't for square dancing, he literally wouldn't be here -- his parents met at a square dance in Boonville, CA in 1962.
Lawrence started calling in 1994, and currently calls for three clubs on a regular basis:
the Ukiah Promenaders, Redwood Coasters in Fort Bragg (with Ed Tausig), and Singles & Pairs in Santa Rosa.
He is available for weekend dances around Northern California and adjacent areas, and is willing to travel a pretty fair distance on request.
Also, he loves Big Band music, and likes to use it in his calling.
