Convention Activities

As in the past, the State Convention will be holding a silent auction. This has been a successful fundraiser and has brought in significant funds to offset the cost of the convention. This success is because of the generosity of our dancing community and their willingness to donate an item for the auction.

I would like to call upon that generosity again for our 2026 Convention. While the convention is still a few months away, it’s never too early to start planning. What can you do? I have some ideas:

Donate an auction basket. This is where you can get creative and have fun. Think of what you would like when considering bidding on a basket.
Individual affiliates/club members are also encouraged to donate a basket/item for action.
To help spark your creativity for creating a basket see the attached list. It has some really great ideas and resource links.

Baskets/items will need to be delivered directly to the convention. More information to come as we get closer to the convention date. If you have any questions, please contact me.
